About

“Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden. But hold fast what you have till I come. And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations— Revelation 2:24-26

Jesus Christ, Revelation 2:24-26

As a committed Christian who happens to be Catholic, I am convinced of the upheaval happening within our Church in this hour. Personally, I find the most important thing for every Catholic to understand is Jesus’ word to Thyatira’s corrupt church in the Book of Revelation. I first began this blog during the Catholic “summer of shame” in 2018. I was overwhelmed with the continuing revelations of moral and financial corruption in the Roman Church. In fact, I was so discouraged that I stopped the blog. I have since come to a deeper understanding of God’s great love for us and His desire to protect the Church’s true believers. Our first line of defense is understanding what “…keeping My works until the end” means.

Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

Jesus Christ, John 6:28-29

As a patriotic American, I believe we need to honor our forefathers and stand for our nation to remain a great republic, one nation under God.

My hope for those reading this blog is that you find refuge from chaos and strength for your soul when you visit.

Words of Encouragement

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:1

Faith is the art of holding onto things in spite of your changing moods and circumstances.

C. S. Lewis

You don’t have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.

C.S. Lewis

Let’s hold fast and keep His works together.
